Worrying Is An Extension of Fear
Worry is an extension of fear and can also set you up for attracting that which you don't want in your life.
We have all had the experience of worrying about something at some point in our lives. Some of us have a consistent tendency to worry, and all of us have known someone who is a chronic worrier. Worrying is an extension of fear and can be a very draining experience. In order for worry to exist, we have to imagine that something bad might happen.

Allowing Ourselves to be Heard
We all have a story to tell, whether you publish it or keep it to yourself, but allow yourself to be heard.
At one time or another, everyone has wanted to express his or her story. Writing a memoir to read privately, share with family or friends, or publish is an emotionally satisfying way to gain perspective on your experiences while sharing your unique voice. We've all experienced feelings and events in our lives that we are longing to write down. Giving in to that urge can give you an outlet for purging any frustration, anxiety, or unexpressed feelings.

Wednesday’s With Wanda
When the world is in chaos, we can still have our own inner peace and maintain a sense of calm in sea of unrest.
People who maintain their sense of calm when things around them are in a state of flux and confusion are always wonderful to be around. We feel calmer just being near them, as if they have activated our own sense of inner peace. From them, we learn that we can be calm, even when everything around us is in turmoil, because we know that no matter what happens, this inner sense of calm will help us to function well. Often, times of confusion are the times that enable us to find that part of ourselves that knows how to cope, and how to be a light to others in the storm.

The Importance of Forgiveness
In order to forgive, we need to stop identifying ourselves with the suffering that was caused to us.
When someone has hurt us, consciously or unconsciously, one of the most difficult things we must face in resolving the situation is the act of forgiveness.

To label yourself good or bad is to think too small.
There is no such thing as a good person or a bad person. There are choices and actions that lead us in different directions, and it is through those choices and actions that we create our experiences.

No matter how brave, strong, or levelheaded we are, sometimes we all get scared.

When we learn to let go, more energy flows, and less effort is needed.
When we become overwhelmed and things are not going as planned, it is natural to hold tighter to our goals and try to force things to go our way.

Fear of the future can paralyze us, but we can allow it to unfold easier when we remain in the present moment.

The reward of disappointment is to bring us into reality so we don't get stuck in the beliefs of how things might have been.

At some point in our lives, there may come a time when we feel insecure about ourselves.
